Flores de Melo wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receipt should it meet our Returns requirements:
- Order Confirmation number
- Tag still attached to all items
- Protective tags still attached to swimwear bottoms
- Garment in original conditions, including unworn and unwashed, Pack all items you would like to return in their original packaging..
- Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear for hygiene purposes.
- We have the right to refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that any of the above have not been done.

- Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
- We do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.
